Refund and Cancellation PolicyA refund, minus a $25 administration fee, is available for cancellations received no later than seven (7) business days prior to the start of the live program. No refunds will be granted after that date (though we may make exceptions to this policy for extenuating circumstances). We do not issue refunds for online courses, particularly those with content that is not readily available prior to purchase such as online video.
